Webinar Title: The 3 Simple Steps to Calm Your Bladder
Webinar Date: Thursday, September 16, 2021
Webinar Time & Time Zone: 2 PM CST

This has been in the works for a while and I’m so excited to finally get this off the ground.

What if you didn’t have to wear pads?

What if you didn’t have to take expensive medication that causes side-effects that are worse than the actual condition you’re taking it for?

What if you didn’t have to plan your day around having access to a bathroom?

Look, I’m not saying any of these are bad.

What I want to get across to you today is, this is what I constantly see in clients who come to me to get their bladders under control.

It’s not that they are using these, it’s that they believe they have to rely on external factors and that they have zero control over their bladder issues.

They’ve spent all this money and done all of these things but are still in the same spot and some are in a worse spot.

But really, the deeper issue is their bladder makes their life lack spontaneity. Wouldn’t it be nice to be able to pick up and take a road trip? Wouldn’t it be nice to say yes to a ladies night out?

It’s impossible to do these things when you always have to plan your life on your bladder’s terms.

And to truly have success, you need to look beyond just your bladder to include your entire body and the behavioral habits you have created to appease your bladder so that you can heal your body and your bladder and live life on your own terms--not your bladder’s.

Too many times ambitious women 👠 suffer from bladder 🚽 problems and having to p*e all the time but they continue to limit their water intake!

In reality this isn’t helping anyone. Especially if you’re ambitious, 👜 perfectionistic, 👩‍💻 maybe a little neurotic, and tend to be Type A  👩‍🏫 . So if you’re still limiting your water intake so you don’t p*e so much, here’s why it’s causing your goal to stay stale.

When you limit water intake, it actually irritates the bladder even more!

If you want to know even more tips, sign up for my free webinar The 3 Simple Steps to Calm Your Bladder...so you can stop constantly p*eing, leaking, and fearing your busy bladder. Link to join: https://suttonhealthadvocacy.click/live-training.

When someone tells me they are doing an elimination diet 🥬 🥦 🥕, taking medication for their bladder 💊, and also following their doctor’s advice to do their kegels, and they still keep having to p*e all the time…🧻

I’m actually happy to hear these stories. Because they knew what they knew. And now know what NOT to do.

If you’re an on-the-go person, then you’ll want to know this so you can save yourself a lot of time, money, frustration, and headaches.

So instead of continuing with elimination diets, doing a million kegels, and taking costly medication with awful side effects, here’s what you can do to finally not have to p*e all the time.

#1— focus on drinking enough water. This will keep your bladder from getting irritated and making you have to p*e more.

#2—focus on not being such an impatient p*er and instead on giving yourself enough time on the toilet. This will allow your bladder to fully empty so that you don’t have to go again so soon.

#3—focus on taking time to SLOW DOWN and be mindful in your actions. This will allow your parasympathetic nervous system to activate so that you (and your bladder) are calm.

Even if you can consistently do one of these, you’ll finally start seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. And you’ll experience way less having to p*e all the time without revolving your whole life around where the nearest bathroom is.

Does this make sense? Let me know in the comments.

Do you ever feel like it’s you versus your bladder?

You are not alone.

I often hear patients tell me this. This is unfortunate because you should not have to battle with a part of your body.

As is the case with a lot of people, there are many different components of health that go into bladder health.

Sometimes the problem isn’t even your bladder, but that’s just where the symptoms are showing up.

You can have issues with tight or overactive muscles, poor posture. It could be what you are eating or drinking, belief systems you have adopted. It could be stress from the world.

I like to tell people that we are basically like a glass of water filling up. And each component listed above adds water to the glass. And eventually, the glass overflows and that is where you have uncontrollable symptoms.

I teach my patients how to identify what is adding to their cup of water and how to take each component away.

I am going to be talking more about this next Thursday, September 16th on a free web class called The 3 Simple Steps to Calm Your Bladder.

Before I finally took control of my physical (and mental) health, life was chaotic with waking up before work at 4:00am to exercise (because I thought that’s what I had to do to not get sick), meal prepping to eat perfect, and people pleasing to the max. Ugh.

I mean who has the time and energy to navigate all of that and commit to it?... At least that was my old belief, and it was holding me back for the longest time.

I used to struggle with weird autoimmune symptoms, and I felt hopeless that I’d never get out of this cycle of anguish and be content with my mental and physical self.

The major problem holding me back was because I was too impatient and would jump from magical solution to quick fix and back. I failed to follow a system and stick with it.

This is the one major problem I see many of my patients who are ambitious women struggling with bladder problems.

They don’t realize that usually their bladder symptoms are just that--a symptom of something else in the body going haywire.

I understand where you’re coming from. And all it takes is knowing how to overcome the symptoms (like p*eing all the time), so you can hit the problem at the heart!

That’s why I’m hosting a webinar called The 3 Simple Steps to Calm Your Bladder...so you can stop constantly p*eing, leaking, and fearing your busy bladder. Link to join (also in bio): https://suttonhealthadvocacy.click/live-training.

3. interstitial cystitis/bladder pain syndrome (IC/BPS)
