The Terrace at MidTowne will serve a mixed-income clientele; 80 of the units will have rents that are structured to be affordable to persons with incomes at or below 60% of Area Median Income for Ellis County (currently ranging from $14,000 for a single individual to $34,000 for a couple). Twelve units will be market-rate units.
