Feature Highlight: Parent-Child Extension

Epygi’s “Parent-Child Extension” feature elevates the capabilities of extensions. By configuring a group of extensions as "child" extensions, they will ring simultaneously with the parent extension when an incoming call is received.

Any of the child extensions can answer the call, offering increased flexibility. These child extensions remain hidden from external parties, ensuring privacy. Moreover, when making outbound calls from a child extension, the caller ID and name of the parent extension are displayed instead of the child's, maintaining consistency.
