I have been feeling so grateful lately. Building Elev8 has always been about something deeper. It has been about finding the kind of people who make this work feel sacred. People who carry depth, integrity, humility, and heart. People who remind me why I felt called to create this space in the first place.

When we held our first practitioner meet and greet, something inside me softened. I watched them meet each other for the very first time. I watched them open up, share, laugh, tear up, and connect in ways that felt so genuine and so meant to be. And since that day, I have watched them collaborate, support one another, exchange sessions, hold space for one another, and grow together in real time.

To witness that has been one of the most beautiful parts of this journey. Elev8 was built with the intention of creating a safe, aligned, heart centered community. Seeing these practitioners become exactly that, and even more than I imagined, has been overwhelming in the best way.

I am grateful for each of them. For their trust. For their devotion to their work. For the way they care about people. And for the way they have already begun to weave something far bigger than themselves.

This is the kind of community I dreamed of. And to see it forming, growing, and becoming real right in front of me has touched my heart in ways I will never forget.

Thank you to every Elev8 practitioner. You are everything I hoped for, and so much more.

✨We’re excited to introduce Joanie, a certified Reiki practitioner based in Switzerland. She blends Western and traditional Japanese Reiki to create a grounded, intuitive approach to energy healing. Her work supports those navigating fear, emotional blocks, and trauma, helping restore balance and flow within.

Alongside her Reiki practice, Joanie is also studying nursing, deepening her understanding of both the energetic and physical aspects of healing. You can now connect with Joanie and explore her offerings on Elev8.

In this next part of my session with Patricia, she felt there were some stuck emotions within me that needed attention and releasing, which led us to explore Emotrance. It’s a practice that helps you connect with an emotion, communicate with it, and guide it out of the body until it fully releases.

Watching it work in real time and feeling the shifts it created in my body was incredible. Patricia also teaches you how to do this on your own, so you can work with emotions as they arise and move through them with more ease and awareness.

She doesn’t offer Emotrance as a standalone session, but when she feels it’s needed, she weaves it into her 1:1 work to help you release what’s been stored and make space for peace, clarity, and flow.

If you’ve ever felt an emotion stuck in your body, this is the kind of work that helps you truly let it go instead of just talking about it.
