and I had our 2nd Roll & Flow session this morning! Balance was tested and legs were burning but it was the perfect blend of stretching and skating! A REAL workout! See you next time! 🛼✨

Running it back for those who missed! Join us this Sunday 2/22 from 10:00AM -11:30AM for a Skate + Yoga session and find your balance on wheels and on the mat.

We’ll start with a gentle stretch and flow off skates, then level up the movement on wheels with both me and . We’ll close with a calming restorative yin practice to help you reset and unwind 🛼🧘🏽‍♀️

Whew, this past year has truly been one for the books, and I’m so grateful to celebrate another year of your life! I am always in awe of your wisdom, wit, and ability to connect with anyone! You are my favorite person to do life with … my heart feels most at home with you 🥰

I pray God continues to exceed your expectations and pour out ABUNDANCE over your life. I’m endlessly thankful for a man who puts God first and lovingly leads our household by His Word.

I take my children to the library each week for crafts and activities, and lately I’ve noticed so many more children joining in. Our local library partners with a federally funded food program, and it’s been beautiful to see families benefiting from it.

Programs like are helping fill the gaps as vital benefits like SNAP lapse. If you can, get involved, donate to your local food pantry and advocate for the children in your community, because every small action helps ensure no child goes hungry. Sometimes what a child needs most is for someone to say ‘yes’. ❤️
