The holidays, final exams, and breaks from normal routines might be exciting for some–but for others, this season can also be stressful!

Rigby High School’s Hope Squad hosted a simple activity: Shred Your Stress.

Students wrote down stressors and then watched them disappear. It doesn't erase stress, but it’s a surprisingly satisfying way to help remind others that stress is normal–and that with Hope Squad, they’re surrounded by people who care. 🤍

Spreading hope worldwide! 🌍

We’re sending a huge thank you to our amazing Hope Squad Advisors and students in Prosper Independent School District for opening their doors—and hearts—to visiting leaders from Poland who wanted to learn about Hope Squad. 🇵🇱

Our guests got a firsthand look at how our program helps build safer, kinder schools through peer connection and compassion. From thoughtful conversations to powerful stories, students and staff shined as they shared what Hope Squad looks like in action.

As exams creep closer, stress levels tend to rise. One simple idea that makes a big difference?

PUPPIES 🐶

Many Squads partner with local therapy dog organizations to host puppy playtime. Research shows that time with animals can lower stress hormones and boosts mood—a perfect way to love on your school community.

Consider paws-ing together to pup some positivity into your exam week! 🐾
