A simple rule of thumb when it comes to nutrition 👇
If a food has one ingredient, it’s probably good for you. An apple for example, doesn’t need an ingredient label.. it’s an apple.

If a food has a long list of ingredients you can’t pronounce, you probably don’t need it.

Keep grocery shopping simple—stick to the perimeter of the store where the real food lives, and limit the boxed, bagged, and packaged stuff in the middle aisles.

4 weeks. Real accountability. Real results.

📆 IMPORTANT DATES
• Weigh-Ins: Jan 21–25
• Challenge Runs: Jan 26 – Feb 23

🏆 HOW YOU EARN POINTS
• 10 points for every 1 lb of muscle gained
• 8 points for every 1 lb of fat lost
• 1 point for each day you hit 10,000 steps
• 0.5 points for each day you hit 7,000 steps
• 1 point for every class attended

🎯 THE TWIST
• You’ll choose ONE weakness to focus on for the full 4 weeks:
• Eating out
• Alcohol
• Sugar cravings / snacking
• Low protein intake
• Poor sleep
• Low daily activity (steps)
• Late-night snacking
• High-carb habits (bread, rice, pasta)

🤝 BUILT-IN ACCOUNTABILITY
• You’ll be assigned a coach
• Your coach will:
• Support you
• Keep you accountable
• Help you stay consistent when motivation dips

This isn’t about being perfect —

Our Story

We began LunaFit Community with a simple mission: to provide a remarkable level of service with our impactful coaching. Our vision is to keep you fit well into your 90’s. We want to help you make good choices and build better habits.

We are a 10,000 square feet facility with some great amenities- showers, lockers, a designated kid’s room, 9 cooling/heating units, 3 big ass fans, and towel service. Nothing compares to our encouraging and friendly community.
