Visceral Therapy: Restoring Women’s Health One Touch at a Time
I’ve been practicing Visceral Therapy for nearly a decade, working with women at all stages of their lives—preparing for pregnancy, carrying their little ones, and recovering postpartum after childbirth, C-sections, or surgeries. And time and time again, Visceral Massage proves to be a powerful tool in supporting their journey.
A woman’s abdomen goes through so many changes, and sometimes, it needs help to heal and restore balance.
🔹 What is Visceral Therapy?
It’s a gentle, non-invasive manual therapy designed to support fertility, pelvic pain relief, and overall organ function. Through precise hands-on techniques, we help the body release restrictions and improve circulation, allowing organs to move freely and function as they should.
🔹 Why is this important?
Conditions like PCOS, endometriosis, and post-infection recovery often lead to scar tissue formation in the pelvic area. This scar tissue can be deeply invasive, binding organs together and limiting their natural mobility—which in turn affects digestion, circulation, and reproductive health.
🔹 Post-C-Section Recovery & Scar Tissue Release
After a C-section, scar tissue can form around the lower anterior segment of the uterus, which is close to the bladder. Over time, this may lead to pain, discomfort, and urinary issues. Visceral Therapy helps soften adhesions, restore movement, and improve core function—helping women regain control over their bodies.
This therapy is about restoring freedom—freedom of movement, freedom from pain, and freedom to feel fully connected to your body again.
