When you are on your way to participate in a bodybuilding contest ... the excitement was out of this world ... the energy was thru the roof .... the butterflies in the stomach were flying like a fighter jet 😁😁😁😁 couldn’t sit down for even a minute ...

Sometimes you have to have such confidence in your discipline that you are arrogant about it ... hell yeah it makes you better than lazy couch dents. You can use this strategy to motivate yourself and lift others .... as always stay humble and stay swole πŸ’ͺ🏻😁😁😁

Drug name: Bodybuilding. Dosage: an hour and a half a day in the gym at least 5 days a week.
For adults: at least 5 to 6 small clean calculated meals a day. 7 days a week. Followed by enough adequate sleep.
Symptoms: highly energetic, can't sit still, mind is preoccupied with gym and diet 24/7. Side effects: in case you miss a gym session. You feelnlow self esteem, upset mood, slight depression, feels like life ended, guilty feelings etc etc.......
Facts: most expensive and demanding sport, 24/7 , 365 days a year. May make you change the people you hang out with. makes you disciplined. People be calling you crazy , abnormal, oh "it's too much" , are you on juice, how much you bench, squat, deadlift etc etc. but the same people will ask you what to eat, how to eat, what gym do you go to, what's your training regimen, how long u been doing this πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ etc etc etc blah blah blah.
Butttt ITS ALL WORTH IT .... 😊
