is a foundation developed for the purpose of caring for people with severe and persistent mental health diagnoses (such as schizophrenia, major depression, post-traumatic stress syndrome and bipolar disorder) and other severely disabling disorders requiring crisis resolution or ongoing and long-term support and treatment. We will also target consumers with dual diagnoses (consumers who have mental health diagnoses coupled with substance-abuse diagnoses) and consumers who have been incarcerated or on parole/probation. Veteran consumers are also our focus in regards to receiving adequate care, support, and reducing homelessness.
