In my early 40s, when my perimenopause symptoms first started, I wasn’t sure what was going on with my body!
🥴The brain fog, inability to sleep, constant fatigue, creeping weight gain, achy muscles + joints, & heart palpitations made me cranky & not much fun to be around some days.
✨As I began to dig into the science of what was happening in my body, for myself & for my clients, it became clear that the menopause transition is not just about hot flashes & skipped periods. It’s a transitional phase affecting our whole-body: the brain, bones, heart, metabolism, skin, gut, & more.
