Sweet, juicy fruit + rich dark chocolate = the easiest 30-minute treat you’ll ever make. 🍓🍫
Simple, wholesome, and totally customizable to YOUR taste.

3 Simple Steps to Make It

1️⃣ Prep the Fruit
Wash your fruit and dry it completely (this is key!). If using large fruit like pineapple or bananas, cut into bite-size pieces.

2️⃣ Melt the Chocolate
Place dark chocolate (70% cocoa recommended) in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until smooth and fully melted.

3️⃣ Dip & Set
Dip fruit into the melted chocolate, let excess drip off, and place on parchment paper. Add toppings while the chocolate is still wet. Refrigerate for 20–25 minutes until set. Enjoy!

Fluffy, protein-packed egg bites, here’s how to make them step by step 👇
1. Preheat oven to 300°F and grease a muffin tray.
2. Blend eggs, cottage cheese, shredded cheese, cornstarch, and spices until smooth.
3. Add your mix-ins (veggies, protein, grains, herbs) into each muffin cup.
4. Pour the egg mixture over the mix-ins.
5. Place the tray on a baking sheet and add hot water around it (water bath).
6. Bake for ~30 minutes until just set.
7. Cool slightly, remove, and enjoy!
