QUALITY of animal products: Systemic human disease comes from animals fed a diet that is not compatible with animal health. Sick animals used for human consumption lead to sick humans. A steer raised on corn, soy and rancid oils becomes sick- inflamed with a tissue profile full of oxidized fats leading to metabolic and cardiovascular disease for humans who consume it. Then there is the glyphosate component, this highly toxic herbicide is carried in the meat of the animal and when consumed, delivered to the human consumer. BIOLOGICAL QUALITY of food is the first step in optimizing health- PERIOD. The question that remains is what is the level of herbicide contamination (water or air), out of the control of the farmer, present in these regenerative farms?

Yes this is SO true… BUT … the EMD consumer everywhere is the last link on the chain… WE are NOT getting more money to cover these costs so we have to make cuts… are you willing to exist making less or shut your doors because people do WITHOUT your services?
