🚨THIS POST IS ONLY REFFERING TO INFANTS 12 MONTHS AND OLDER🚨
Having an infant with CMPA or being a plant-based family can be very challenging for many moms. I hope you find this guide helpful.
Things to consider:
1. Infants with CMPA have a 50% chance of having a Soy protein allergy.
2. Infants with a CMPA also can have a 🐐 goat milk or other mammal milk allergy.
3. Limit servings to no more 2-3 servings a day to prevent displacing critical nutrition from solid food.
I will do a whole other graphic on serving sizes and food sources of critical nutrients including protein, calcium, iron and vitamins.
