Life is so wonderful but at times it can get crazy busy. Did you know stress and anxiety are not the same? There are different ways we can slow down and unwind. DōTERRA Essential Oils can be a contributing factor as well as exercise, healthy food choices and rest. Take a deep breath and slowly release. Take a Epsom salt bath with DōTERRA essential oils and relax. Read a book. Put a drop of you favorite oil in the palm of your hand, rub together and place over you nose and slowly breath.
