I haven’t talked a lot about my story but I’m wanting to more… because my story is mine and it’s made me into the man that I am. In my darkest times, I had it “all” in what most of society considers success… for me it was the opposite… I was in a never ending chase of getting the next thing so I could be more okay… every chase led me deeper into the darkness, addictions, and misery.

Quitting these things was the MOST difficult thing I’ve ever done but it was also the most rewarding… it allowed me to alchemize pain into purpose… my tests into a testimony.

If you’re struggling just know you’re not alone and you can use whatever you’re going through as the pivotal even of your life to then it ALL around

In a committed relation you have to get REAL honest with yourself about how you’re showing up vs how you say you’re showing up… because your partner doesn’t trust the words, they trust the actions that are repeated over and over and over again.

This is what creates safety.. it’s the ability to have clear core values that you live by (aka living in integrity) and then you embody them in EVERY area of your life… because how you do anything is how you do everything.

Are you leaking energy and losing to yourself and her? Or are you staying firm with the core pillars you’ve chosen to live by?

How do you fully figure out a woman?…. I don’t have a clue but I’m a believer in creating safety for one so you can enjoy all the gifts they bring to your world. What if your soul knew exactly what it was doing to align yourself with the partner who brings out the deepest wounds you’ve been hiding from? What if the soul has all of it figured out long before you do and this partner is your greatest invitation and opportunity to transform and break karmas?

In our culture today we can get it twisted thinking relationships are only sunshine’s and rainbows… I beg to differ. I believe they are here to expose us to our greatest healing… and that’s not always fun.

You can either run or rise… running and thinking you’ll find something better (without facing the same shadows) is delusion. They will find you no matter where you go or who you are with. Face them now, lean in, and become everything your soul came here to be 🙏🏼❤️‍🔥👑
