Rest. Recover. Rejuvenate.

Skipping them doesn’t make you strong —
it makes your hormones loud and your cortisol cranky. 😅

For women (especially in midlife), constant “go-go-go” leads to:
• stubborn weight
• poor sleep
• hot flashes
• mood swings
• burnout

Rest lowers cortisol.
Recovery protects muscle.
Rejuvenation restores hormones and energy.
