Most people come home from vacation:

The good news? There are simple ways to support your body during this season.

✨ 1. Prioritize Protein
Protein supports muscle, metabolism, and blood sugar balance — all important for hormone stability.
Aim for 20–30g of protein per meal.
☀️ 2. Get Sunlight and Movement Daily
Walking, strength training, and sunshine help regulate cortisol and improve hormone balance.
Even 20 minutes a day can make a difference.
😴 3. Protect Your Sleep
Hormones repair and reset during sleep.

Try to:
• reduce late-night screens
• keep a consistent bedtime
• create a calm nighttime routine

🌿 4. Support Your Body with the Right Nutrients
Sometimes the body needs extra support.

A few products I like for women in this season include:

Are you a "worrier"?

🙏 Worry Is Heavier on the Body Than Most People Realize

Worry isn’t just something happening in your mind.

Your body feels it too.

When we stay in constant worry or anxiety, the body releases stress hormones like cortisol and adrenaline, which can lead to:

• poor sleep
• digestive issues
• fatigue
• hormone imbalance
• weight gain
• weakened immunity
• brain fog

Your body was never designed to live in constant stress mode.

God actually tells us many times in Scripture not to worry, not because life is always easy… but because He is in control.

📖 “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.”
— Philippians 4:6

One of the most powerful things we can do for our health is to release the things we cannot control.

✨ Some simple ways to calm your mind and body:

• Pause and take slow deep breaths
• Step outside and get fresh air
• Move your body (a walk works wonders)
• Write down what is worrying you
• Pray and give it to God

Sometimes the most healing thing we can do is stop carrying what God never asked us to carry.

Happy Monday, friends.

A new week.
A fresh start.
Another opportunity to take a deep breath and begin again.

I’ve learned something over the years—both in my own life and in the lives of the women I coach.

So many of us wake up on Monday already carrying stress.
Wondering how we’re going to fix everything… our health, our schedules, our weight, our energy, our future.

We try to figure it all out.

But the truth is, God has already gone ahead of us.

Before we even recognize the need…
Before we whisper the prayer…
Before we understand the lesson…
He already knows.

When I look back over my own journey—my health, my business, the path God has taken me on—I can see so many moments where I thought I knew exactly what I needed.

But God had something better in mind.

Not always easier.
But always better.

That’s actually one of the things I love most about the work I do now. Helping women rebuild their health, confidence, and strength reminds me daily that God designed our bodies to heal, grow, and thrive when we care for them the way He intended.

This season you’re in may feel uncertain… but it is not random.

God is still writing the story.

“The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord: and he delighteth in his way.”
— Psalm 37:23

As this new week begins, take a moment to pause and trust that God is already working ahead of you.
