I challenge you to try this in 2026.
Not for trends. Not for pressure.
Just for your health.

Do these daily:

• No alcohol
• Drink 3 liters of water
• Eat 2–3 eggs
• No soda
• Sleep 6–7 hours
• Exercise or go to the gym
• No noodles
• Cut out sugar
• Avoid p**n
• No bread
• Practice kegel exercises
• Get morning sunlight
• Eat garlic and ginger
• Eat fruits
• Pray

You don’t have to be perfect.
Just be consistent.
