Do you deal with judgmental thoughts?
It's frustrating to not feel peace within your own control. Doing this one thing can help you feel better!
It's a certain style of grounding that supports the mind to relax and bonus it is easy to do. Try this the next time you have bothersome thoughts...
Step 1 In a seated position, take a deep slow breath in....
Step 2 Notice your feet touching the ground.
Step 3 Let the energy in your body drain down and out the feet.
Step 4 Feel the space around your body.
Step 5 Imagine you are floating in a white bubble and that bubble can expand a little bit more.
Step 6 Notice the quality of this space (temperature, sensations, movement, support).
This kind of grounding helps you feel the support that you need to begin detaching from thoughts weighing you down. I am curious... How did this work for you? I will also post this as a reel so you can participate in the exercise with me guiding you. 😊
