It’s been a while since I have posted on here but I wanted to share the BEST news!!! If you were a client of mine during my last few years in Texas than you know the wonderful Emily. Emily Bichard and Brendon welcomed their sweetest baby boy this week!! Feel free to drop them a congratulations.

Please bless these new parents with the gift of food so they can rest and spend all of their time snuggling baby boy! If you just want to send money we ask that you Venmo Brendon to avoid the larger percentage that Meal Train keeps when donated through their site. His Venmo is -Bichard

GOODBYE!!!
If you missed my previous post….I am moving. After 9 years in DFW I have caught my last baby here and closed my practice.

I am sad to go but have hope for the future.

It is very last minute as our move date has been pushed up but I will be at River Legacy Park at the Playground THIS Saturday, the 29th from 10am-1pm. Would love to see as many of you as possible if available.

Nothing fancy….just me at the park.

Will have a scrapbook if you would like to contribute pictures/notes, etc.

It is both with sadness and so much excitement that I make the announcement
HeartStrings Midwifery will be closing its doors here in DFW.

I will be taking a break from midwifery while we follow our dreams and start our move to the Mountains.

My time here in DFW over the last 9 years has been a wonderful season and it has been a true pleasure and joy to get to serve my clients.

P.s Yes, I caught all those sweet babies in the picture. 🥰

How special to get to see these new parents no longer have empty arms, but arms full of the sweetest little Baby Boy!!

He won’t ever see this….because social media isn’t his thing….but I have to brag a little about the man behind the scenes of HS Midwifery.

💕I know it sounds cliche’ but I really couldn’t do what I do and be as busy as I am without a husband who supports me 100%.

💕He is ok if I run out on dinner or don’t make dinner at all.
💕He’s ok when we have to take 2 vehicles when we go out.
💕He’s ok when I leave at 3 o’clock in the morning not knowing when I will be back.

But the other morning he outdid himself. One of the coldest mornings we have had this winter….he got up with me at 3!!!! in the morning.

🛻He started my truck so it would be warm.

☕️He made me coffee

🙏🏻And he prayed with me before leaving…both for me and for my client in labor.

I had the honor of welcoming the sweetest baby this afternoon! This is my second baby with the family and oh how wonderful it was that mom finally got her home birth. Her first delivery was via C-section….During her second pregnancy I cared for her and we transported in labor for PROM and she got an awesome VBAC with fabulous providers at the hospital….and with this third one…She Got her HBAC!!! So proud of her!!
