What a surprise 48 hrs weekend looks like in Vegas ♥️♣️♦️♠️🎶🎲🎺🎹🍹🍸✨land ✈️ check in hotel - freshen up for Bruno (Silk Sonic) 4th row! Damn what an amazing show. 😎 70’s in full effect. No camera 📸 allowed…only proof is tixs hahahaha.
Shopping 🛍 then……off to early evening to meet John Legend. Yes….we met John and he did a private concert for about 15 of us. Sky Bar at the Waldorf to top it off. What an amazing time. Best weekend EVA! 🥳😘 ❤️

There is nothing better than having family that supports your ambitions. Having your support means the world to me. Today marks 2 years of working with Tracy Cline! Couldn’t do it without her and my family! I have had my ups and downs this year, but Tracy has always been there to help keep me/get me back on track with my fitness journey, while still reminding me to give myself some grace when I needed it!
In the last two years I’ve learned not only the physical benefits of nutrition and weights but the importance of taking time for yourself to do what you enjoy so you can be a better version of you. Surround yourself with those who uplift you and yet positively challenge you! Looking forward to what next year brings!

Moral to the story NEVER GIVE UP! It’s never too late to start investing time / energy on yourself..you deserve it.

Hope everyone had a fabulous hump day! My daughter had emergency surgery last week so I decided to come down and help out while she is recovering. It’s been great seeing my grandkids! I’m still getting my work out in plus some when I take little Ryan for our afternoon walks! ☀️ What has everyone been up to this week?
