Huge news in the medical world! Scientists have identified an enzyme called IDO1 that acts like a switch for cholesterol regulation. When this enzyme is "turned off," our immune cells regain their power to soak up and clear out excess cholesterol.
Combined with new CRISPR gene-editing trials that permanently silence the PCSK9 gene in the liver, we are looking at a future where high cholesterol is "fixed" once, rather than managed forever.

Many people think va**ng is safer than smoking, but the chemicals used to create fruity and candy-like flavors can trigger inflammation, scarring, and long-term breathing problems.

That sweet flavor comes with a serious risk.
New research shows that flavored e-cigarettes are linked to irreversible lung damage — meaning once the harm is done, your lungs may never fully recover.

Your lungs weren’t designed for flavored clouds.
Choose health. Breathe clean. 💨➡️🫁

Did you know? The harmless habit of chewing gum could be adding microplastic to your body.
Chewing gum releases microplastic which entry body and affects our health.

🔹 Microplastics have been found in human blood, lungs, and even the brain
🔹 They may cause inflammation and hormone disruption
🔹 Long-term health effects are still being studied — but early research is concerning

🧠 Bottom line:

That “harmless” gum habit could be adding plastic to your body every day.

Your brain is the most energy-demanding organ in your body. It deserves high-quality fuel! 🌿

Scientists have developed MicroRobots that can travel through your bloodstream like tiny submarines 🚀
These micro-robots are designed to:

✅ Navigate blood vessels
✅ Find cancer cells precisely
✅ Attack and destroy them without harming healthy cells

Instead of chemotherapy damaging the whole body, imagine smart robots delivering treatment only where it’s needed!

This could mean:
🔹 Fewer side effects
🔹 Faster recovery
🔹 More effective cancer treatment

The future of healthcare is happening at the microscopic level!

Did you know, tiny portion of potassium (Potassium-40) makes banana naturally radioactive.

But the fun fact is
One banana ≈ 0.1 microsievert of radiation
We need to eat millions of bananas at once to be harmful (which is impossible 🍌😅)
The radiation is harmless and safely regulated by our body.

The “banana radiation” is so well known that scientists use it as a joke unit called the “banana equivalent dose.”

The heart has its own electric system which helps pacemaker cells to generate rhythmic signals even without instruction from Brian. During heart transplant, hearts are kept beating using oxygenated solution or machine which mimics blood flow. This discovery helped scientists understand heart physiology and made heart transplants possible, saving millions of lives.

Your heart isn’t just emotional—it’s an independent biological powerhouse 💥

This is how future of regenerative medicine and stem cell is changing. Regenerative medicine is shifting the focus from treating symptoms to actually repairing damaged tissue. By using stem cells to regrow heart muscle or create lab-grown organoids, we are moving closer to a world that no longer relies on long organ transplant waiting lists.

Name: HD 137010 b (candidate)
Distance from Earth: ~146 light-years
Size: ~6 % larger than Earth
Star Type: Orbits a sun-like star, slightly cooler and dimmer than our Sun
Orbit: ~355 days — very close to an Earth-like year
More data’s are needed to support if human live is possible.

Human Brain, although it makes 2% of body weight, it uses 20% of the total energy produced. The brain cells are active even when resting. It is busy storing memories, maintaining temperature, sending signals, regulating vital signals….The main or primary source of energy is glucose. So, low sugar makes fatigue, low concentration and confusion. The Brain is one of the hardest working organ and it never switches off.

Thinking isn’t free — your brain is always working.
