Stress Awareness Day! So of course we had to pass out stress balls to all our hard working staff 💜💜💜💜

To handle stress in healthcare, use coping mechanisms like mindfulness, deep breathing, and regular exercise, while also prioritizing self-care such as adequate sleep, healthy eating, and taking breaks. It is also important to establish boundaries, seek support from colleagues, friends, or family, and consider professional help if stress becomes overwhelming.

Halloween party with our amazing residents this afternoon 🎃👻 Lots of laughs, snacks and Halloween music! Residents shared what their favorite Halloween movies are and what their favorite costume was that they have dressed up as! It was a great day ☺️🧡🖤🍁🍫

Our team had a great time today dressing up, laughing, and spreading smiles throughout the building! 🧙‍♀️💃🏼From witches to princess and 7 dwarfs (and maybe a few surprise characters), our staff went all out to make sure our residents had a day full of fun, laughter, and a little Halloween magic.

There’s nothing better than seeing our residents faces light up that’s what it’s all about! 💛🧡🖤
