Here are three ways I gently reclaim mine:

🌿 I create sacred stillness.
Even five quiet minutes allows my body to soften and my nervous system to reset.

🌿 I breathe before I react.
Intentional breathing brings me back to center and out of survival mode.

🌿 I choose presence over pressure.
Peace lives in the moment I stop rushing and fully arrive where I am.
