What I have been reflecting on this past week is the beauty of living life in the mundane and the overflow that happens when you keep showing up 💛

The relationships I got to build by walking past the same carpet shop everyday, getting to know the local baristas and shop owners in Bangor, meeting so many people at the park or beach. When I kept taking the same routes and going to the same places, relationships got deeper.

I noticed that with yoga classes. I am so honored to have been through many seasons of highs and lows with you guys. I got to hear how your week to week was going, hear about the hardships of death, loss of job, divorce, sickness but also get to celebrate with you guys as you got married, had babies, got job promotions, hit your goals, and made some of your best friends in SOY classes.

So keep showing up. Week to week. Whatever it is you’re doing. Because you’ll look back & see such beauty in the mundane, deeper connection with people, and be able to be grateful for it all 🤘

I love you guys a whole lot. Please stay in touch & visit my family and I in California ☀️

My last Wednesday night class that I’ll be teaching is tonight! And if you would like to join me for a drink at Jamaica Inn after, you’re invited 🍹

I’m so thankful to be passing the baton to who will continue teaching my Wednesday night classes. Ever since I have met Emma - we have been a team. We have encouraged one another in our yoga business journey and have always rooted each other on. She has been such a sweet friend to me & has covered lots of my classes. I know y’all will love her if you haven’t met her already💛

Way too many emotions are coming up as I type this but LAST WEEK OF YOGA IN THE PARK!

You can sign up online & if money is an issue - just come! I’d love to see you before I head to California!

After Wednesday nights class, I’ll be at Jam Inn for an after class drink and after Saturdays morning class, I’ll be drinking coffee at Park Life if you’d like to join!

As I am in the final weeks before the big move, I have been truly soaking in every minute with our family and friends in some of my favourite places☀️

There is only two weeks left of yoga in the Park with the last class being on Saturday 1 July. You guys hold such a special place in my heart and my family’s 💛 Thank you for being such a huge part of my time here in Northern Ireland.

Yesterdays morning hen party started off with iced coffees, yoga on the beach with some Shania Twain in the background, warmth from the sunshine, and the sweetest girls loving on the beautiful bride to be 👰🏼💛

THIS WEATHER this week is making me the happiest! Come join me in the park tonight and tomorrow at 7pm or Saturday morning at 8:30am! You can even chase the sunset at the Long Hole after class and soak in some extra days ☀️☀️☀️
