-Begin with a Welcoming Women’s Circle—setting intentions, expectations, and honoring confidentiality
-Flow into morning yoga
-Silent nature walk to deepen presence
-Nourishing snacks and hydration
-Group reflection on the walk’s insights.
-End with guided meditation and calming activities that invite healing and strength.
