Greenlight Landscaping offers a 4 step fertilizer program using a Lesco fertilizer program to insure that you have a great looking, healthy lawn year round. This 4 step program involves the use of pellets rather than liquid.The liquid only lasts for a 1-2 weeks, where as the pellets last 2 to 4 months. Please call or message us for a free estimate! Step 1- Crabgrass Pre-Emergent on Fertilizer [applied in March]
Early Spring application to help prevent the establishment of crabgrass in turf. This is applied in March to insure that we prevent crabgrass germination before it starts. Step 2- Fertilization with Broadleaf Weed Control [applied in May]
Broadleaf weeds pop in the Spring. Proper fertilization will boost grass growth and help it to thicken for a healthier lawn. Step 3- Fertilizer with Grub Control [applied in July]
Proper fertilization is necessary for optimal turf growth and health. With this application we make sure that the grass is getting enough Nitrogen for help growth while preventing the insects that can harm it. A Grub application is much cheaper than reseeding but sometimes it helps to do both. Step 4- Fall Turf Fertilization [applied in October]
The most important fertilization for you grass/turf. This application encourages strong root development this fall as well as greens it up first things in the spring. Contact me for more information or for a free estimate!
