Sharing this one final time. Any amount helps. Men's Alliance sharpens men to because the husbands, fathers, and leaders God designed us to be. We have a 30 minute outdoor workout followed by a 30 minute real world devotion by a fire. Men don’t bond over coffee cake. Men talk face to face, only after working and standing shoulder to shoulder. Consider a small donation to help. Any Christian men in Mobile or Baldwin County are welcome to join us. God designed men with two primary purposes. To protect and to provide. As a man, you were designed to be a Warrior King. Learn to become Unbreakable, Unshakable, and Unstoppable.

I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach, Get Your Mind Right Certified Mindset Coach, and a Board Certified Christian Life Coach. I started IronHeart Coaching to help men lead the life they were called for. You can’t focus on ONE area (weight loss, exercise, relationships, spirituality, etc) and expect EVERYTHING to change. You have to have a comprehensive and holistic approach. Everything is interconnected.

You know you were meant for more. You feel it deep inside. You just don’t know what you don’t know. It’s time. Time to learn. Time to work. Time to become the man you were meant to be.

If you’re truly ready, and I don’t mean just ready for the results, but ready for the process and the hard work involved, reach out. Be forewarned, this hard work and deep exploration isn’t for everyone, but I am living proof it can change your relationships, change your outlook, change your goals. It can and will change your life.

No more excuses. 2026 is the time to live the life God wants you to live. Be the man God has called you to be. Physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, financially, professionally. It all works together. How you do anything is how you do everything. You know it. Deep down you feel it. Now do it.
