Looking for a calm activity to do with the kids? 💜

This is not my recipe but it’s worth sharing and it is made with natural ingredients!

What you need:

• 2 cups flour
• 1/2 cup salt
• 1 tbsp cream of tartar
• 1 tbsp oil
• 1 cup warm water
• dried lavender flowers

How to make it:

1️⃣ Mix flour, salt and cream of tartar
2️⃣ Add oil and warm water
3️⃣ Stir until a soft dough forms
4️⃣ Knead and mix in dried lavender flowers

The lavender scent makes this playdough extra calming for kids while they squish and shape it.
