Pop-Up exercise class for people with developmental disabilities!!

Good evening and happy holidays! I am so excited to offer a community Pop-up group exercise class Monday, November 24 from 10:30-11:15 for people aged 13+ with developmental disabilities!

Everyone is welcome to attend. I will use games and equipment to teach balance, coordination, strength and cardio. I know how difficult for caregiver and special loved-one are the school closures. Take this opportunity for your child to be active and for you to be in a safe and welcoming environment with people who understand.
