🌿 Why Journaling?
I’ll be honest — I haven’t been as active on social media as I once was.
Not because the passion isn’t there… but because life is full.
The farm doesn’t pause.
Animals still need tending.
Herbs still need harvesting and blending.
Clients still need support.
Books still need finishing.
Websites still need building.
And in between all of that, I’m also a mom, a wife, a grandma, a Shabbat host — and a woman navigating menopause right along with everything else (yes… there’s a journal for that too 😉).
None of this feels wasted.
But it does mean I’ve had to get very intentional about how I care for myself.
🌾 Journaling Became a Necessity — Not a Trend
Somewhere in the middle of full days and tired evenings, journaling stopped being optional for me.
It became:
a place to unload thoughts I didn’t have time to speak
a way to listen to my body when words felt tangled
a moment of stillness when everything else felt loud
a daily act of stewardship over my mind, body, and soul
I realized something important:
If I didn’t make space to tend myself, I would slowly give myself away in pieces.
And Yah never designed us to live like that.
🕊️ A Page Can Hold What We Can’t Always Carry
Journaling doesn’t require perfect mornings or uninterrupted hours.
It meets you where you are — even if that’s tired, hormonal, overwhelmed, or stretched thin.
Some days it’s a few honest sentences.
Some days it’s prayer.
Some days it’s frustration, gratitude, reflection, or simply breathing long enough to notice how you’re actually doing.
Those small moments of awareness?
They matter more than we’re often taught to believe.
🌱 Why I Create Journals for Others
These journals grew out of my own need for everyday maintenance, not extreme solutions.
They are for people who:
are carrying a lot
are caring for everyone else
are healing quietly
are navigating seasons of change
want something grounded, not performative
They’re for real life — the kind that doesn’t fit neatly into a highlight reel.
🤍 This Is an Invitation, Too
If you’ve been meaning to slow down but haven’t found the space…
If you feel called to care for yourself but don’t know where to start…
If you love Yah and also love practical tools that help you stay grounded…
These journals are for you.
No pressure.
No perfection.
Just a place to return to yourself — one page at a time.
And maybe right now your life is better than ever, but you still want to grow closer to Yah, or to keep track of targets, or set higher goals, or build better relationships.....still a great space in these journals!
