I am pleased to announce that my agency, BrightSide Homecare, is currently working exclusively with private pay and long-term insurance providers. Although I remain registered as a provider, I am no longer accepting medical insurances. I am currently collaborating with Mass Mutual and have recently begun working with John Hancock insurance, and I accept all other long-term insurance plans. Please note that I am the only agency that accepts these insurances. Prior to contacting me for care, it is essential to first contact your long-term insurance company, either directly or through your power of attorney, to obtain approval. Once approval is in place, you may then contact me for services, and I will coordinate with your long-term insurance company to ensure that all your homecare needs are met and ready to commence.
