I bought this amazing@little gadget that makes facial masks with fresh ingredients. I made it with strawberries, lemon juice and a bit of yogurt to bright and hydrate my skin. It’s super cool! I love that I can use fresh ingredients. I went to the studio and used my facial steamer, red light and my infrared mat. You need to take care of yourself so you can take care of others.

Sometimes I get to do some pretty cool things! Yesterday I gave a massage at The Meditation Pasture at Leatherman Lane. It was truely a magical experience giving massage along side these beautiful horses.

Red light therapy & Infrared therapy have been such a wonderful addition my massage therapy services. Red light boosts collagen, enhances circulation, and reduces inflammation. After a long 9 hr. road trip his hamstrings were on fire. I used my heated scraper to help loosen those tight muscles. I also added red light therapy to help reduce his muscle pain.
