November is National Caregivers Month 🩵

Here at Cancer Champions we acknowledge the importance of the role that caregivers play in a cancer journey. Caregivers include our doctors, nurses, family, friends, and more.

We also acknowledge that sometimes our caregivers need support too! We designed our program to not only support those on their cancer journey but also to provide a community for their loved ones.

At Cancer Champions, we practice gratitude like it’s going out of style, and one of our favorite ways to do that is by coming together at our annual Burn the Bird group exercise class on Thanksgiving morning, November 27th. This event is free to attend, family friendly, and so much fun!

About Me

For the past twelve years I have worked as a coach, personal trainer, instructor, Medical Exercise Specialist and Cancer Exercise Specialist. I have lost several family members and close friends to cancer, and because of that I created Cancer Champion. I launched Cancer Champion to make a difference for those fighting and beating cancer, as well as their friends and family. This revolutionary program provides short, simple workouts and nutrition plans and recipes, along with support from myself and Damian Bramer, Nutriton Expert.
