About Me

For the past twelve years I have worked as a coach, personal trainer, instructor, Medical Exercise Specialist and Cancer Exercise Specialist. I have lost several family members and close friends to cancer, and because of that I created Cancer Champion. I launched Cancer Champion to make a difference for those fighting and beating cancer, as well as their friends and family. This revolutionary program provides short, simple workouts and nutrition plans and recipes, along with support from myself and Damian Bramer, Nutriton Expert.
