Here are five things you can do to refocus your day:

3. **Practice Mindfulness**: Spend a few minutes meditating or doing a mindful activity like deep breathing or focusing on a single task without distractions.

4. **Organize Your Space**: A cluttered workspace can lead to a cluttered mind. Take a few minutes to tidy up your desk or room to create a more organized environment.

5. **Set a Timer for Focus**: Use the Pomodoro technique—work for 25 minutes, then take a 5-minute break. This can help you stay focused and manage your time effectively.
