Changing it up. 2nd week in a row weigh more on Monday morning than I did on Friday morning. Fasting all weekend causes me issues personally when I eat on Sunday, cause been overeating since dry fasting is rough, then body stores everything and takes 3-4 days get it back off. So new plan this week is to stick with intermittent fasting all 7 days (18/6 - 18 fasting water with 6 hour eating window). That will help me gain muscle and burn fat and I won’t yo-yo each weekend. Keep my eating and protein steady all week. Then pick a week every 6-8 weeks and dry fast for 5 days and do very light workouts, mostly walking and go hard again when done. I like that! Starting this today.
