Made it little over 10 days, but when I was at the gym this was first day felt weak, so decided to listen to my body and end it. Now back to carnivore. Made dozen eggs for today with stick of butter. Tomorrow back to beef and eggs 😊.

Someone asked what does my daily meals look like when I’m not fasting, so in a nutshell here we go:

Monday through Friday I eat 1 lb of grass fed ground beef or beef in general (80g protein) with 6 scrambled pasture eggs (36g protein) mixed in and mix in 1 can of chopped water based sardines (use water and all because has nutrients) (omega 3 and 15g protein) and about 2 ounces of beef liver (12g protein). The ground beef and eggs help hide the sardines and liver. 1 small/medium sized chicken thigh 15g. About 158g total grams of protein.

Weekends I have mostly pork and chicken thighs, but still have 6 eggs daily, but I indulge with some Gouda cheese and make 3 egg omelettes with the pork each morning and fry the other eggs to eat with the chicken later. Weekends I tend to eat more keto with some low Oxalate vegetables and fruit like broccoli, cabbage, avocados with my omelettes to make my Filipina wife happy. Keep my carbs under 30g a day. Compromise for marrying someone who grew up on rice and vegetables 😊 and doesn’t understand the carnivore lifestyle.

Daily, whatever protein I’m lacking (aim for 180g a day. I mix grass fed beef protein powder with hot bone broth each day as my last meal.

Only eat from 9am to 4pm daily (18/6) and then it’s unsweetened green tea at night and water rest of the time.

10 things I didn’t need on carnivore this past year since started January 24th 2025.
1. Deodorant
2. Sunglasses
3. Sunscreen
4. Testosterone injections. (Have plenty now naturally 😊.)
5. Seasonal allergy meds
6. Gout meds
7. 2/3 of my blood pressure meds
8. Doctor visits for illness. (Only one visit for 2025 for yearly free wellness check.)
9. Cardiologist. (Told him wouldn’t be back since he has no clue about nutrition and real cause of heart disease. Tried push Statins because my cholesterol was high. Hint, the real cause is inflammation from seed oils, processed foods, and sugar. Not cholesterol. Cholesterol heals and is an association for trying heal and patch NOT causation.)
10. Walker. (Blew left knee out March 2025 and had serious arthritis left foot from chronic gout at same time. Now I can walk for an hour with a 30 lb weight vest.)

At the National Air Force Museum in Dayton, been here many times, but wife and daughter have never been. Huge place and wore my 28 lb weight vest after doing legs at the gym this morning, regretting that decision now 😊. Then saw a guy in electric cart not much older than me and I’m grateful, because with carnivore and exercise I will never be that guy!
