Wall sits: simple, savage, and seriously underrated 🔥


Whether you’re prepping for leg day or just looking to build bulletproof quads, wall sits light up your lower body without needing a single piece of equipment.

Hey all of you awesome, amazing, wonderful people!!!

Our flight was cancelled and rebooked so we thought it would be fun to show 3 super simple stretches that can be done literally anywhere.

Each stretch should be done bilaterally (both sides 🤪) and held for 30-60 seconds.

Remember- life does not alway go as planned, but everything that happens to you happens for a reason. Life is 1% what happens to you and 99% how you react to what happens.

Always look for the positive in every situation. YOU GOT THIS!!!!

Don’t sleep on band pull aparts—they’re the unsung hero of a solid arm day warm-up 💪🔥


This simple move fires up your posterior delts, traps, and rhomboids, helping to activate your upper back and stabilize your shoulders before you hit the heavy stuff.


Why it matters:
✅ Warms up the shoulder girdle
✅ Reinforces good posture
✅ Helps prevent injuries when lifting

Did you know that your big toe should have 60-65 degrees of passive dorsiflexion ability? 🤯

When was the last time you stretched or had your big toe/foot treated?

The toe stretch is a simple and very effective way to increase the mobility in your toes. This will improve your gait and allow your body to use the mechanics properly while walking, running, or doing any physical activity.

Hold this stretch for 30-90 seconds or as long as you can and increase the time as your tolerance increases.

PSA: this will not be comfortable at first.. but-trust us, keep at it and you’ll see results 🤩

This stretch also helps with plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendinitis 🤌

Ankle sprains are such a common injury not only for athletes but for anyone leading an active lifestyle.

Rest is unfortunately the #1 care plan that is prescribed for this injury.

Chiropractors have a unique understanding of the human body and the movement required to accomplish so many tasks.

Did you know that chronic ankle sprains do not have to determine your ability to function properly? 🤯

Here’s an awesome stretch for those who suffer from neck pain.. ⚠️

Sub-occipital stretch
✖️ Perform for 30sec holds 3-5x/day
✖️ Do on both sides
✖️ Think of it as if you’re “pushing”
your elbow through the floor rather
than just pulling your head down
