The Winston County Self Help Cooperative Initiative is a two-year program designed to provide herd health information, education and training to cattle ranchers operating small farms through classroom educational events, producer farm tours, on-farm workshops, and demonstrations.

At the end of September, Dr. John Hutcheson & Dr. Harold Newcomb joined the cohort in Louisville, MS for a celebration and review of the past two years. Both John and Harold received recognition for their leadership in advancing herd health and empowering producers in the state of Mississippi.
