For nearly two years, I’ve faced constant legal threats from Dr. Beverly Gordon—despite rescuing her declining brand, building a trusted community, and creating a new, safer modality for horses.
Every time she threatened, I tried to address her concerns. When my attorneys said there was no negotiating, I removed all references to Equi-Tape and fully complied with every legal demand—except handing over my company assets, which the law does not require.
Now, she’s suing me to seize everything I’ve built and force me into a non-compete that would silence innovation and progress in equine healthcare. This isn’t about trademarks—it’s about using the courts to crush small business and stop scientific advancement.
