-Keep the room warm to prevent chills
- Gather all supplies before starting
- Use grab bars, shower chairs, and non-slip mats
-Always explain each step before you do it

Meet Sheri Graham, In Home Care 4u™ Franchise Broker

We are proud to have Sheri Graham as an official Franchise Broker for In Home Care 4u™. What makes Sheri’s role especially meaningful is that her journey with our brand began where it matters most, as a caregiver.

Sheri brings a rare, firsthand understanding of the home care industry. Not only has she worked for In Home Care 4u™ but with multiple other home care agencies, giving her clear insight into what caregivers experience daily. Through that lens, she saw the difference in our systems, our support, and our unwavering commitment to putting caregivers first.

That alignment is what inspired her to step into a role helping grow this emerging franchise nationwide.

Sheri holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, with a major in Reading and a minor in Early Childhood Education. Her background spans decades of experience in network marketing, office administration, customer service, telemarketing, and communications. She even owned and taught at her own preschool, "Ready- Set- Learn" for four years.

During her time with Frontier Communications she worked as an administrative assistant to the general manager and as a marketing and communications assistant, where she helped generate internet sales through networking and events.

A fun fact many people don’t know: Sheri was once asked by Sears to record their phone voice prompts in both English and Spanish for their 800 number.

Her heart for service has always been central to her work. After spending three years working with special needs students in the school district, Sheri became an in-home caregiver in June of 2017 and never looked back. That experience shaped her passion for quality care, dignity, and support for those who serve others.

Today, Sheri is bringing all of that experience, compassion, and industry knowledge into her role as a Franchise Broker for In Home Care 4u™. She is excited to help mission-aligned owners explore franchise opportunities that prioritize caregivers, build strong systems, and make a real impact in communities across the country.

Helping others, and ourselves, live a better quality of life.

Meet Our HR Director: Melodi McGee

We’re incredibly proud to showcase our HR Director of the In Home Care 4u Franchise™. Melodi is a valued member of our Home Office leadership team.

With an MBA and 25+ years of experience in Human Resources, Operations, Workforce Development, and Organizational Leadership, Mel brings a rare blend of strategic expertise and heart-centered leadership. Her career spans nonprofit leadership in the Home Care space, as well as construction, workforce development, and community planning, always with a focus on: people, compliance, and building systems that create long-term resilience and equity.

Mel currently serves not only as our HR Director but as Executive Director of the Non-Profit Klamath & Lake Counties Council on Aging, where she leads teams dedicated to preserving dignity, independence, and connection for older adults and vulnerable communities.

She is also a founding member of the Southern Oregon JATC, helping launch Oregon’s first open-shop carpentry apprenticeship program and creating debt-free career pathways for young people in rural communities.

At her core, Mel believes success is measured by the legacy we leave behind and how well we care for one another. She leads with empathy, clarity, and purpose, ensuring that people and organizations don’t just survive, but truly thrive.

We are exceptionally lucky to have Melodi as part of our incredible In Home Care 4u™ Home Office team, guiding our HR strategy and helping us build a culture where our owners, caregivers, office staff, and communities are supported every step of the way.
