“It sure is a Monday…”
Back to business: Do you keep your employees informed? This one is important for every employer.
Under the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act, employers must provide reasonable accommodations for pregnancy-related limitations.
That can include:
👉 Modified schedules
👉 Light duty
👉 More frequent breaks
Unless it creates an undue hardship.
This applies even if you’re a smaller employer.

Not understanding this can lead to compliance issues quickly.
