Wisdom Nugget Shifting Mindsets:

Wearing many hats but one truth I always share with students, youth, and adults under the hat of a Legal and Nurse consultant:

📱💻 Be careful what you text, post, recording, or email. They are NEVER truly deleted‼️💯💯💯

What you say in a moment can impact your personal and professional future. I first learned this lesson years ago during my very first personal EEOC case, and the experience sparked in me a fire, a curiosity, and passion that led me into the field of Legal Nurse and Nurse Consulting.

Here’s the Truth: Even if there are no texts, recordings, or emails, the law gives weight to witness statements, similar cases/rulings, and testimonies. What you say, what others hear, and what is remembered can still be entered into evidence and carry legal consequences. Words are not easily erased: recorded, spoken out loud, typed, or written.

WORDS of TRUTH tote much weight legally in the court of law both here on Earth and in Heaven ‼️💯🎯

Just know this wisdom applies to all of us. Whether you’re a student stepping into your destiny, in a leadership role, or a professional safeguarding your career, your words matter. Guard them with maturity, wisdom, integrity, and purpose.

Wisdom Nugget Shift Mindset: From Hidden to Honored

Over the past couple of mouths, I’ve witnessed God move in unexpected ways but this week, one moment truly stopped me in my tracks.

A patient I had only met once, during an initial visit two weeks prior as a transfer from anothe VA system, requested to follow up with me. When she arrived, she brought with her the most beautiful floral arrangement. I complimented it, not realizing it was for me. She looked me in the eyes and said, “These are your flowers. I had to give you your flowers. I know your a nurse but I will say this truth, You are the very first provider to get my consults completed so quickly in the VA system. I’ve never experienced this before.”

She had no idea I love live flowers yet I had just been acknowledged hospital-wide on the July 21st TEAMS video meeting as May 2025 Clinical Employee of the Month and I was still processing receiving in this award in the Director’s Suite. But God knew.

As she handed me the flowers, I had a divine encounter. A vision opened up before me like a Rolodex with memories, prophetic words, divine promises, all flooded back. It was SUDDENLY and FAST Tears began to flow. In that moment, the roles reversed. The encourager became the encouraged.

I share this to tell someone: Don’t you dare dim the light God placed inside of you b/c of others or a system.

Yes, systems may try to suppress, hide, destroy, sabotage, and muzzle you. People may misunderstand you, dislike you, slander you, lie on you, or overlook you. But don’t compromise or downplay identity to fit in. Shift your mindset to remember why you were sent.

You were sent to serve with excellence‼️ You were sent to pour out what God placed in you. And when the time is right, God will release favor that no man or woman can deny, resist, kill, destroy, or hide.

You are being called out of the cave, out of isolation, into the forefront. What’s in you is needed in this season: for healing, for restoration, for souls to return back to the Father.

Favor is not arrogance. It’s not pride. It’s not ego. It’s purpose that is fair.

Let your light shine, unapologetically. That they may see your good works, and glorify your Father in heaven (Matthew 5:16).

At CPR International, we believe that there may not always be great earthly rewards but there is a divine provision. Our calling is to restore life, revive hope, and ignite purpose in every soul we serve—locally and globally.

This is more than just faith; it’s the fulfillment of God’s promise to breathe life into dry bones, mend broken hearts, and bring healing to the nations. Through education, advocacy, health services, service, coaching, and faith-based guidance, we walk boldly in purpose.
