You must develop a relationship with taking care of your body and putting the right things in it for health, longevity, and quality of life.

We protect our houses and cars (alarms). We lock doors— get oil changes on our cars( preventative maintenance), wear seatbelts, sunscreen…. Etc…

We protect so much but what we PUT in our bodies, we don’t protect our health with PREVENTATIVE measures like we do everything else—— and then some say, “it must be in the cards” when illness happens…

No!!!! Protect your body!!! Yes, illness can happen and it does, just like car accidents and break ins— but you’re still wearing your seatbelt and the house alarm is still on!!!

A friend of mine called and wants me to be apart of a medical spa business where injectables (liquid gastric bypass) are performed, cool sculpting etc……

I have no words. Sensitive subject matter, I do know. I know people that have had surgery. MOST that have had the surgery are telling me how hard it is on the other side of surgery because the #1 drug is food.

Are people tired of nutrition and exercise (don’t answer).
