AS WOMEN, WE OFTEN WEAR MANY HATS. I'm a doctor, wife, and hockey mom just trying to make it through the day raising teen boys, a beagle, and a husband. I've prioritized managing patients and a household, but have often struggled to find time for the most important person in my life... ME! 🤩
After 20 years of keeping patients healthy, I know what needs to be done to stay healthy. But even with this vast knowledge, I have struggled to be consistent with my own health. As I got further into my forties, my weight and biomarkers started to stray, and I knew I had to pay greater attention before everything went sideways. But how? My schedule was already full taking care of everyone else. Sound familiar?
That was when I realized I needed to deconstruct the roadblocks standing in my way to find the consistency that I desperately needed. I created a simple framework to help declutter my environment to make time for nutrition and exercise. A simple, sustainable method that has worked for me and my clients. 😍
