Working on a pattern collection this week inspired a trail near my home that’s blooming with Bloodroot plants. My favorite thing about them is that they have these large leaves that fold around them in such a beautiful way. They are also known for their blood red root that was used by Native American communities for medicine and dye.
Which background colors do you like for these?

Really loving how my new wild Hyacinth flower print turned out! This was created from an old sketch I did for a wildflower poster. Who else has saved every flower they have ever drawn? 😉

Excited to share a pattern collection I’ve been working on this month! It’s my playful take on a Mandarin orange plant and it’s sweet blooms. Am hoping to turn this into a mini collection for my portfolio when it’s completed.

Created this sweet Fiddlehead fern heart for Valentines Day🥰
Played around with printing it on coasters and muslin fabric. Plan to also do some prints in pinks and greens.
Am missing my forest walks lately and ALL the ferns I encounter on those trails. Where are my fellow Fern lovers?😁
