The Daffodil Festival at was a huge success. I always love bringing the knowledge and experience of sound as a healing modality to the students. Plus we were able to work with Professor Langston as she led a yoga session!

My Breakthrough Community (MBC) is an online emotional and mental peer-support community, that provides a safe, structured space for emotional processing, craving control, nervous system regulation and deeper self-discovery. MBC is open to anyone on a quest for spiritual, emotional or mental wellbeing.
