Wednesday Wellness

Okay let’s take a lesson from our beautiful Olivia . Even Olivia knows the importance of not carrying a bag that is to heavy ! … I mean where are these teachers at … allllll
Those school supplies in that bag for a toddler .. damn near knock them over 😂

Anyway I digress 😅
I always stress the importance to my clients when they are lugging their backpack lugging their bag, their gym bag luggage through the airport pocketbook, etc.
It is so important to switch from arm to arm or shoulder to shoulder ladies try a cross body bag .
During the holiday season while we are rushing around shopping, grocery shopping, etc. do not carry everything on one side .

What that does is create tension in your muscles, tendons and spine . Even puts pressure on your stomach .
That intern, promotes headache, backache neck, ache, you name it .
Be smart, push a cart 😁 or better yet shop on line HA !
In this day and age we have so many options, so please be aware of your posture it does create havoc on your body inside and out .
