I partner with each client on the path to optimal health & fitness, sharing their success. Teaching fitness for thirteen years, my educational achievements include certifications from the American Council on Exercise, the American Institute of Fitness Educators, and Fitness Professionals International. Personal time is spent kickboxing, dancing, and working out, and I bring the same energy to my training. I have a specialty in overall fitness, weight management for all ages, older adults fitness, post rehabilitation and golf fitness.
