Sonja Herington has been on a journey of self exploration and expansion for most of her adult life. Through this journey, she has found that her purpose is to help others to get balanced and find healing. Join us tonight for our Winter Solstice celebration from 6-8 pm! This is our last Kundalini Yoga class for 2025! Classes will resume January 8th!

Whether you are able to join us tonight, or not, please take some time for you over the next few days.

Take time to go into stillness, and in to the breath. With the energies of the new moon, 3I Atlas, and the Solstice and the end of 2025, 2+2+5=9, which represents the end of one cycle and the beginning of a new one, set your intentions, release and let go of the old, and surrender into the new!

Back a few years ago we used to host community meditation and fellowship events. This year, I’ve decided to host a community meditation and sound event for the 12/12 portal!

The 12/12 portal is known as a portal of increased spiritual energy aligned with growth, healing and manifestation.

With the 2025 calendar year soon coming to a close - a year of completions in numerology (2+2+5 = 9) - this 12/12 portal energy gives us a boost to help us finally let go of that which is keeping us from realizing the reality that we want to create.

With the energies of 3I Atlas - at its closest to earth on 12/19 - we add in frequencies coming to help us open our hearts, igniting dormant DNA within us, bringing our intuitive gifts online.

What a beautiful time to connect with our higher self, tune into our truth (our Sat Nam), and allow the sounds to help carry us into a deeper state of trance where manifestations and miracles are created.

We have several special events and classes in the month of December! Come join us!!

Thursday, December 4 and Thursday, December 11 are the last of our regular Kundalini Yoga classes of 2025, from 6:30 - 7:45 p.m. This week we will celebrate and work with the energies of the Gemini Super Full Moon! $10/person drop-in.

Friday, December 12, we are hosting a community meditation and sound event - 12/12 Portal Community Meditation and Sound Journey . This is a free/love donation event starting at 7:00 p.m., come for the meditation, and stay for some fellowship and hot tea!

Thursday, December 18th will be our last Kundalini Yoga class for the year our Winter Solstice Celebration - Kundalini Yoga Style, from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. with extended sound featuring bowls and gongs, as well as an intention burning. 2 punches on your 11-class pass, or $20.00/person cash, Venmo, PayPal, or https://square.link/u/gs74g53w

On a side note, as we work to get the wood burning stove installed in the yoga space, please be sure to wear warmer clothing/layers, in case you get cold. We will have all our heaters going, but with the wall of glass doors, it can get chilly.

It’s a simple phrase and one we can all incorporate into our subconscious mind with a little repetition. “What I spend returns to me multipled.”

It’s time that we all work to do away with the collective consciousness program of lack. “Unplug” from that mindset and tribal programming. By continuing to talk about the “don’t haves,” you continue to “not have.”

This goes for not only you at the personal level but for all, as we all belong to the same collective consciousness…. Lack is a frequency that we’ve all agreed to, to some degree.

For some it is financial lack, for others it is relationship lack, for some it is self-worth/love lack, lack of health, or faith…and there are many others.

Try to find something each day you are grateful for, and announce it. I am grateful for… I am grateful to have…. Find gratitude in all you do and experience. It’s a beautiful journey when we remove the fear, remove the lack, and go into gratitude.

It’s Monday morning, and many of us are getting up and heading to work, coming off our weekend.

On these types of days, what are your intitial thoughts when you’re still laying there in bed about to rouse. Do you go into detriment of the day ahead, with wishes that you didn’t have to get up and go? Or, do you go into gratitude for the new day, give thanks to your health and body? Give thanks that you have a job that helps provide you with the financial stability that allows you to have that roof over your head and the bed in which you are laying?

Our thoughts for the day, and during the day, play a vital role in how we see ourselves and our outside world. They influence our health and happiness.

I challenge you during this week as we celebrate the holiday of Thanks-Giving to be mindful of the thoughts that are going through your head. And if you are having a hard time finding the good, or gratitude, just put your hand on your heart and breathe, feel the breath within you and allow that feeling of peace to envelop you, give gratitude for the breath, as it is always with you.

Wishing everyone a magically beautiful week of gratitude, this week and always!
