🚨 Knee Update: Progress, Positivity, and Persistence 🚨
First off, thank you to everyone who’s reached out with kind messages—your support means a lot. 🙏
Here’s the latest:
📅 This knee injury has been part of my life since 1994 (thanks to basketball 🏀), but it’s been manageable for years thanks to fitness, a clean diet, and some hard work. That is... until the week before Thanksgiving, when sitting for 12-hour workdays got the best of me. Now? Hello, inflammation. 😩
What am I doing about it?
💊 Supplements I’ve Ordered:
• Turmeric Boost – Packed with curcuminoids, known for anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.
• Pain Relief Complex – Targets enzymes that trigger inflammation.
• Vivix – A polyphenol-rich anti-aging supplement with powerful inflammation-fighting properties.
While I wait for these to arrive, I’m staying positive, icing my knee, and slowly working back into movement. 🏋️♂️ Even though the timing isn’t ideal (new businesses, big goals, ski season approaching ⛷️), I’m staying focused on what I can control.

3️⃣ Positivity is a choice. Even on the hard days, find something to smile about. 😊
