HI , I wanted to reach out and apologize if it seems like I've been rescheduling appointments frequently. December and January have been particularly hectic for me, with two moves in two months. Between the heavy lifting, cooking, and parenting, I'm trying my best to book sessions for everyone. I am only one person, and I'm not perfect, so I apologize if cancellations feel personal, but they're not. We're all going through unseen challenges. I'm incredibly grateful to those who have continued to come, even after cancellations. I appreciate your belief in me and the opportunity to help you de-stress!
